LogMeIn+Rescue:

Sigma Digital X-Ray uses LogMeIn+Rescue to assist clients with technical support. LogMeIn+Rescue gives us the ability to directly access a client's computer to see the problem firsthand. In return, this will reduce the time it takes to troubleshoot the problem.

Customers will be directed to www.logmein123.com where they will then be given a 6-digit pin code, provided by our technical support.
